Maize meal, rice, flour, sugar, samp, fine salt and cooking oil.
Breakfast & refreshments
Long-life milk, coffee creamer, coffee, rooibos tea, tea bags and juice.
Cooking & baking
Butter spread, eggs, baking powder, yeast, mayonnaise, tomato sauce, chutney, Worcestershire sauce, spices, soup and stock cubes.
Vegetables
Green peppers, green beans, potatoes, carrots, cabbage, beetroot, butternut and onions.
Household essentials

Who is covered, and when?
